As we move toward center, the chasms in our lives are filled. Our divisions diminish or disappear. There is great peace, comfort and belonging at center. But there is great fear, loss and loneliness in the journey to get there. Many of us have glimpses of center, though it is permanently unattainable while we are here. Still, we gain empathy and acceptance as we release our judgements. We have fun! We love! We take joy in living! We laugh! Oh, the wondrous journey! This fiction/non-fiction mix of short stories, essays, songs, poetry and devotionals, reveal my journey as a writer, daughter, friend, sufferer, lover, a believer – a human being.
